Interface, Inc. is seeking an IT Help Desk Support Technician in Scottsdale, AZ. This full-time role provides Tier 1 technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and delivering excellent customer service. You will document requests, resolve what you can, and escalate more complex problems as needed.
