Sr. Director - FP&A Systems

Position Overview A leading global semiconductor company is seeking a Senior Director of FP&A Systems to own the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of financial planning and analytics technology platforms. The ideal candidate is a seasoned finance technology leader who bridges deep FP&A domain expertise with hands‑on systems experience to drive enterprise-wide planning capability. Key Responsibilities Own the vision, roadmap, and governance of FP&A systems and tools including planning, forecasting, and reporting platforms Lead end‑to‑end implementations and upgrades of FP&A technology (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion, OneStream, or similar) Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to translate planning requirements into scalable system solutions Drive adoption of advanced analytics, automation, and AI‑enabled forecasting capabilities across the finance function Manage a team of systems analysts, architects, and solution developers Ensure data integrity, integration, and alignment across ERP, data warehouse, and FP&A platforms Establish best practices for model governance, change management, and system documentation Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred 10+ years of combined FP&A and financial systems experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role Deep expertise in at least one enterprise FP&A platform (Anaplan, Hyperion EPM, OneStream, Adaptive Insights, or equivalent) Strong understanding of financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting Experience leading large‑scale system implementations in a complex, global organization Preferred Qualifications Experience in semiconductor, hardware, or technology industry finance Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or Oracle ERP integration with FP&A platforms Exposure to data engineering or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake) Track record of building and scaling finance technology teams Screening Questions How many years of FP&A systems leadership experience do you have, and which platforms have you implemented or owned?
