Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Upon hire: Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association Within 90 days of hire: National Provider PALS - American Heart Association Within 90 days of hire: National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics Within 90 days of hire: National Trauma Nursing Core Course - Emergency Nurses Association 1 year Nursing experience.
