Recognized as a leader in plaintiff-side wage-and-hour class action litigation, the firm represents employees and consumers in high-impact cases against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies across a wide range of industries.

The firm's practice focuses on the prosecution of complex employment and consumer class actions, including matters involving wage-and-hour violations, PAGA claims, unfair business practices, discrimination, and false advertising. With a strong track record of securing significant recoveries on behalf of thousands of employees and consumers, the firm maintains an active and robust caseload in both state and federal courts.

Job Details

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in California, Washington, New York, or Illinois
• 8+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong experience managing all phases of litigation, including:
  • Written discovery and discovery strategy
  • Motion practice
  • Court appearances and oral advocacy
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Case management and client interaction
  • Experience with employment litigation, wage-and-hour claims, class actions, collective actions, PAGA matters, or other complex litigation
