Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Full-Time or Part-Time | Cynergy Rehab Group

Cynergy Rehab Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services within a school-based setting . This role offers the opportunity to support students’ communication needs while collaborating closely with educators and families in a structured, team-oriented environment.

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations for students

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Provide direct therapy services for articulation, language, fluency, and social communication

• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success

• Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and compliance documentation

• Maintain timely electronic documentation and manage caseload effectively

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Passion for working with school-aged children
