Job Summary
The healthcare provider is seeking an MRI Technologist for a position in Potsdam, New York. This role involves operating Siemens Espree 1.5T MRI large bore system equipment to perform imaging procedures. The position offers a consistent schedule of dayshift hours, and the candidate will be responsible for a variety of MRI exams with a focus on adult and pediatric populations.

Job Details

• Schedule: Dayshift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), two or more years of related MRI experience, current New York state license in hand, and ability to work with Siemens MRI equipment.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with abdominal, brain, breast, cervical, cranial nerves, extremities, and spinal imaging, as well as proficiency in Epic charting system.
• Additional Information: The candidate must be able to float as needed and are required to complete modules pre-start, with up to five hours billable for module completion. Candidates within 75 miles of the facility are not accepted; previous experience with Epic charting is mandatory; foreign education verification may be necessary if applicable.
