This is a great opportunity to work closely with a Surgeon and PA, build strong clinical skills, and grow with a supportive team across two locations.Key responsibilities include:Room patients, obtain vitals, and assist with patient flowEnter patient history/physical information into the EHRTurn over rooms and maintain procedure readinessSet up/prepare back table for proceduresAssist patients with compression stockings post-procedureDraft letters of medical necessity per provider treatment plan for pre-authorizationTrack, stock, organize, and maintain inventory of medical suppliesProvide excellent customer service in a busy, high-volume environmentQualifications include:HS Diploma RequiredMedical Assistant Certificate from accredited programFront and back office medical assistant experienceComfortable in a busy, fast-paced environment (multitasking and efficiency are key)Strong communication and patient-service mindsetBilingual Spanish/English is a plusWhat you'll gain:Hands-on experience in a specialty clinicStrong team support and opportunities for growthSkill-building in EHR documentation, patient care, and clinical operations
