Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 10 or 12 hours Experience: Minimum 3 years, preferred 5+ License: BLS Certification Certifications: Certified Surgical Technologist or Tech in Surgery - Certified Must-Have: Scrubbing experience in Ortho or Neuro plus other specialties Description: The Certified Surgical Technician performs a variety of technical duties to assist in preparing and caring for pre-operative patients. The role requires scrubbing skills across multiple service lines, including Orthopedic and Neurosurgery. Candidates are expected to have a strong background in surgical technology and demonstrate the ability to handle responsibilities in the operating room. Collaboration with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient care during procedures is essential. Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are necessary for success in this position. This position offers a guaranteed 40 hours per week.
