Marketing Manager

Our client in the financial services industry is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy marketing professional to support and grow the firm's marketing, communications, client engagement, and event initiatives. This role offers flexibility based on experience level, ranging from a developing Marketing Associate to an experienced Marketing Manager capable of owning strategy and campaign execution. This is an onsite position in Palm Beach Gardens, must be able to commute to the office 5 days a week. Responsibilities: Events & Client Engagement Coordinate approximately 8 client/prospect events annually Manage invitations, RSVPs, logistics, and follow-up Track attendance and engagement metrics Occasional evening event support CRM & Marketing Operations Maintain CRM records and audience segmentation Generate campaign reports and dashboards Track KPIs and marketing effectiveness Improve marketing workflows and processes Digital Marketing Newsletter and educational content creation Website and LinkedIn updates Digital advertising support Campaign performance tracking and optimization Client Communications Coordinate reminders and follow-up communications Ensure a high-quality client experience Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 4+ years of marketing, communications, or professional services experience Strong written communication and project management skills Advanced organizational ability and attention to detail Excel proficiency and reporting experience Comfortable learning and leveraging CRM and marketing technology platforms Preferred: Financial services, wealth management, banking, insurance, accounting, or other professional services experience Email marketing and social media management #J-18808-Ljbffr
