Client Success Manager Position at Triton Digital

Triton Digital is presently looking for an experienced Client Success Manager that can manage client success and strategic product consulting in a fast-paced, highly complex and ever-changing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone to be exposed to the digital audio landscape in a company that leads the way in this field.

The candidate chosen will report to the Customer Experience Team Manager within the Revenue Team at Triton Digital. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, extremely organized, an exceptional problem solver able to find solutions across disparate products and use cases and possess a proven track record in managing client relationships.

More specifically the Client Success Manager will be responsible for:

• Working closely with the programmatic marketplace operations team to maximize client revenue;
• Providing tactical and strategic guidance on utilizing Triton tools to help our top Europe and Middle East clients achieve their revenue goals;
• Providing hands-on assistance in solving clients' strategic and operational problems and issues related to utilizing Triton products;
• Developing strong relationships with customers, sales teams, across multiple teams and organizational levels, as well as other CSMs to achieve goals & long-term customer success.

Main Responsibilities:

• Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of key clients in Europe and Middle East
• Manage and cultivate positive relationships to successfully retain clients;
• Develop and demonstrate a good understanding of the client's business, their needs, expectations, and requirements;
• Maintain an excellent and thorough knowledge of our products and services;
• Be aware of clients' needs and their business evolution in order to maximize client success when using Triton products;
• Collaborate with the internal Sales Managers to deliver new services to clients and nurture current client relationships;
• Track and measure progress on multiple ongoing tasks/projects;
• Coordinate with the Implementation Team to ensure on-time delivery of new clients and activate new services for existing clients;
• Collaborate with the Support Team to manage client escalations of major support issues that can affect client relationships;

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong written and verbal English skills;
• Spanish language skills;
• Competencies in "consultative" client management approach;
• Strong problem-solving ability within a high-pressure environment, demonstrating proactive solutions-oriented behavior;
• Excellent customer service skills demonstrating genuine desire to help clients achieve their goals;
• Proven experience in digital advertising and its structure;
• Good knowledge of ad-serving technologies and ad-servers preferred;
• Radio and/or podcast background or passion are assets;
• Good experience with reporting and business intelligence tools, spreadsheets, and such;
• Excellent abilities for time management and attention to detail;
• Great aptitude for priority setting and successful multitasking;
• Excellent analytical skills and communication aptitudes (ability to express one's self orally and in writing in a clear and precise way);
• Ability to work independently and with a team;
• Good experience with broadcast ad scheduling & trafficking preferred;
• French or Dutch are assets.
