Watch our “Now Hiring” TV commercial: Responsibilities * Provide skilled home health speech therapy services in patients' homes * Complete speech-language pathology evaluations and assessments * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans * Treat swallowing disorders (dysphagia), cognitive-communication deficits, speech and language impairments, and voice disorders * Educate patients, caregivers, and family members * Collaborate with nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and case managers * Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with Medicare home health regulations Qualifications * Current Hawaii license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) * Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred * 1+ year of clinical experience (home health experience preferred) * Knowledge of Medicare home health documentation requirements preferred * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to work independently in the field * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Passion for serving seniors, kupuna, and local families Why Join Always Best Care? * Flexible scheduling and work-life balance * Competitive per-visit compensation * Supportive local leadership team * Meaningful, community-centered work * Growing agency with long-term opportunities * Opportunity to make a direct impact in patients' lives Apply Today Call or Text: 808-207-8558 (24/7) Schedule an interview:
