Restaurant General Manager -

We're looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and develop a high-performing team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, restaurant management experience, and solid knowledge of P&L, food cost, and labor management.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Retail General Manager with P&L responsibility
Experience managing restaurant operations, staffing, scheduling, and team development
Strong understanding of food cost, labor cost, inventory, and cash handling
Experience hiring, coaching, and developing team members
Ability to obtain or maintain Food Safety Certification
Must be at least 18 years old
New restaurant opening experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day restaurant operations
Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff
Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and food costs
Ensure food safety and operational compliance
Drive sales and local store marketing initiatives
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining company standards
