Job Description: Location: Canton, Massachusetts PURCHASING ADMINISTRATOR$25/HR | MONDAY–FRIDAY | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced PURCHASING ADMINISTRATOR to support a busy team. In this role, you’ll be at the center of purchasing and logistics operations, helping ensure materials, deliveries, and vendor communications stay on track. Note: This is a temp – hire opportunity with the potential to grow into a long-term career. Responsibilities: Track and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials Communicate with vendors regarding orders, delivery schedules, and issue resolution Monitor shipments and logistics to keep operations running efficiently Coordinate with drivers and transportation partners to resolve delivery challenges Expedite purchase orders when needed to meet critical timelines Provide timely updates on materials, orders, and delivery statuses Maintain accurate records and support day-to-day purchasing activities Desired Background/Skills: Experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics, supply chain, or administrative support (required) Experience purchasing construction materials is a plus Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP or purchasing software experience is a plus A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong follow-through Other Information:
