Remote Forecasting & Workforce Capacity Lead

Humana is seeking a remote Workforce Capacity Planning Lead to own end-to-end forecasting and capacity planning for a healthcare business unit. You will lead a small team (2–3 analysts) and partner with Operations and Finance to align staffing with financial targets. The role requires 8+ years in analytics/forecasting, strong Python and data visualization skills, and experience with ETL.
