Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will revolve around providing compassionate mental health counseling through video chat. Key tasks include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to work with stable, low-acuity adults seeking assistance in managing their mental health throughout various stages of recovery from substance use and related challenges. You will leverage your skills to help clients gain insights into their experiences, fostering empowerment and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for the position of Clinical Therapist, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Master Social Worker - Clinical Specialty (MSW-C), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• Independently licensed to practice without supervision, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions related to your professional conduct.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and a naturally empathetic disposition.
\n
• Proficient computer skills, with access to stable Wi-Fi for video counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in teletherapy, substance abuse counseling, or working within a detoxification setting will be considered a strong asset. Familiarity with solution-focused approaches and the ability to adapt communication styles according to individual client needs will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We recognize the value of our therapists and offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually , commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
