Data Entry Specialist
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support payroll processing and driver pay verification. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, data entry, and ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in reviewing paperwork, entering data, verifying documentation, and ensuring drivers are paid accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify driver paperwork for completeness and accuracy
- Process driver pay and payroll-related documentation
- Enter large volumes of data into internal systems
- Scan, index, and organize documents
- Research and resolve missing or incomplete paperwork
- Communicate directly with drivers regarding documentation issues
Qualifications
- Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
- Strong 10-key skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Key Details:
- Pay: $20.00/hour
- Schedule: MondayFriday, 100% Onsite
- Training Hours: 6:30 AM 3:00 PM
- Post-Training Schedule: Flexible start times available after training
- Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
