Regional Contract Manager

Key Responsibilities Manage approved customer contracts from finalisation through execution, signature coordination, system activation, distribution and archiving. Create, upload, maintain and verify contracts in SAP, Salesforce/Conga and other applicable contract management systems, ensuring contract information is complete and accurate. Process approved contract amendments and operational changes, including quantities, SKUs, trade lanes, pricing, contract periods and other commercial parameters, and accurately update the relevant systems. Administer annual rate adjustments, DTDA pricing changes, waivers, fixed fees and other approved contractual pricing updates and verify that changes are correctly reflected in SAP. Perform post-upload validation and periodic reviews to ensure contract dates, pricing, quantities, trade lanes and other contractual data are accurately reflected in the system. Monitor contract review and expiry dates and coordinate with Sales and relevant stakeholders on renewals, extensions, amendments and contract close-outs. Prepare contract expiry and renewal trackers, coordinate monthly Contract Committee meetings, consolidate stakeholder updates, document decisions and follow up on agreed actions. Maintain approved trade lanes, class‑of‑consignee information and other customer‑specific contract configurations in SAP, including activation and termination of one‑off trade lanes. Maintain complete and accurate contract records, approval documentation and supporting correspondence in Salesforce/Conga, SharePoint and other designated repositories. Investigate and resolve contract setup, upload, pricing and system discrepancies in collaboration with CX, Finance, Sales and SAP/system support teams. Act as the operational point of contact for contract administration matters across Sales, CX, Finance and Operations and ensure stakeholders are informed of executed contracts and material changes. Identify opportunities to improve contract administration processes, controls, system utilisation and reporting, and support contract‑related reporting and audit requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial Management or a related discipline. Minimum 5 -8 years of experience in contract management, contract administration, commercial operations or a related role. Hands‑on experience managing customer or commercial contracts through their lifecycle. Experience with SAP strongly preferred; experience with Salesforce, Conga or other Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems is advantageous. Strong understanding of contract administration, pricing structures, amendments, renewals and contract data management. Strong Excel skills and ability to work with detailed pricing and contract data. High attention to detail with strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving skills. Ability to coordinate effectively across Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, Operations and other functions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple contracts, deadlines and priorities in a fast‑paced international environment.

POSITION TYPE & SCHEDULE

Full‑time position (40 hours per week). Hybrid work arrangement requiring four days per week in the Houston office . Monday and Friday are mandatory in‑office days for all Houston‑based office staff.
