About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Product Design to lead the transformation of its design function in the context of enterprise-scale, AI-forward innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for evolving the design organization to be a proactive, strategic partner in the product and engineering teams, with a focus on modernizing design practices and preparing for rapid change in AI and customer expectations. Key responsibilities include establishing design as a strategic capability, building and scaling enterprise design systems, and integrating AI into design workflows. The role demands a strong leader with a proven track record in design leadership, a deep understanding of enterprise environments, and practical experience in AI-enabled product design. Applicants for the Vice President, Product Design role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in leading product design within complex, enterprise settings. The ideal candidate will have a background as a hands-on designer and a history of transforming design organizations. Experience in operating at an enterprise scale, building design systems, and applying AI to design and product workflows is essential. The role requires a pragmatic leader with a strong presence, capable of balancing collaboration and cultural awareness, and who is open to candidates with blended backgrounds in design and product management. Success in this position will be measured by the ability to drive early customer involvement, accelerate prototyping and experimentation, and establish a consistent, scalable enterprise design system that enhances the influence of design in product and business decisions.
