Material Handler Level-3

Coordinate and execute the movement of materials, supplies, and finished goods across production and storage areas Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, including specialized or high-capacity equipment as required Load and unload materials from trucks, storage locations, and production areas Support production flow by ensuring timely delivery of materials to workstations Wrap, label, and prepare pallets for storage or shipment Generate, process, and verify production tickets, labels, and related documentation Read and interpret bills of materials (BOMs) and other production documents Perform inventory transactions, including issuing, returning, and tracking materials in ERP or inventory systems Monitor material usage and support inventory accuracy and control processes Identify and resolve material flow issues and escal… Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Properly dispose of scrap materials and packaging waste Follow all safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE) Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the role Additional Responsibilities Assist in training and supporting Material Handlers I and II Support process improvements related to material flow and inventory accuracy Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and material reconciliation Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to optimize workflow Required Skills and Competencies Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy Ability to read and interpret production documents (e.g., BOMs) Strong organizational and time management skills Advanced problem-solving skills related to material flow Effective communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Work Environment & Physical Demands Work performed in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting Ability to lift up to 55 pounds Operation of forklifts and material handling equipment required Use of PPE including gloves, safety glasses, and other protective equipment Mayzon offers a competitive health care benefits package, a 401(k) plan, paid vacations and holidays, employee discounts, among other fringe benefits.
