Lead Systems Engineer - Salt Lake City

Salary: $100,000 - 145,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering; other engineering disciplines are acceptable with Systems Engineering experience.
• 15+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience with Systems Engineering and engineering processes.
• Ability to obtain a Department of Defense security clearance.
• Preferred: Experience as an Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Control Account Manager.
• Preferred: Experience working on Department of Defense contracts.
• Preferred: Laboratory experience, including design verification testing.
• Preferred: Lead Systems Engineering experience.

• Provide systems-level technical support to the Program Manager and Program Engineer.
• Define and verify system-level requirements.
• Prepare product documentation, including system and lower-level specifications, Interface Control Documents, block diagrams, and interconnect diagrams.
• Test and troubleshoot products in a laboratory environment.
• Use the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to manage engineering task costs and schedules.
• Lead programs toward successful completion.
