Position will work within various programs such as Global Hawk, Triton, Hawklink, and P-8A. This role will focus on working with requirements and system design from the inception of the contract to the delivery and sustainment of product. This position will work as a program leader in directing programs to a successful completion.Essential Functions: Support the Program Manager and Program Engineer with Systems level technical supportDefine and verify System Level RequirementsWork Product Documentation such as System and lower level specifications, Interface Control Documents, Block Diagrams, and Interconnect diagramTesting and Troubleshooting product in a lab environmentUsing Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to mangage the Cost and Schedule of engineering tasking.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (Other Engineering disiplines accepted with Systems Engineering Experience)15+ years experience in Systems Engineering (or other related engineering diciplines)Experience working in Systems Engineering and with Engineering processes.Able to obtain a DoD Security ClearancePreferred Additional Skills:Experience in working with EVMS as a Control Account ManagerExperience working on DoD contractsExperience working within a lab setting and performing Design Verification type testing.Lead Systems Engineering experienceLI-LT2L3Harris Technologies is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
