Qualifications:

• Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist License is required
• Completion of SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
• Previous school-based SLP experience is highly valued
• Strong communication and organization skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to a caseload of up to 55 elementary students
• Conduct assessments, manage documentation, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to optimize student outcomes
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain detailed records
• Uphold best practices in ethical and effective SLP services within the school environment
