Powersports Technical Support Specialist
$22 per hourTao Motor
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth (Euless), TX
Pay: $22.00+ per hour, DOE (Depending on Experience)
Job Type: Full-time
- Provide real-time phone support to authorized dealers
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic issues
- Assist with warranty questions, repair procedures, and parts identification
- Document all support cases in the CRM system
- Stay current on product updates, service bulletins, and new models
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience
- Powersports, motorcycle, ATV/UTV, EV, automotive, marine, or small-engine background
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and diagnose systems logically
- Strong communication skills, working directly with technicians
- Annual earning potential $50,000 - $65,000+ with overtime
- Training provided on all products and systems
