Responsibilities
- Craft and prepare specialty coffees to order for guests
- Engage with guests to provide friendly, personalized, and efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Starbucks station and retail area
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience
- Follow safety and sanitation policies according to Marriott and Starbucks guidelines
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
- Positive attitude with a passion for coffee and guest satisfaction
