Description: Greets patients and visitors, answers telephone, screens calls, and takes complete and accurate messages, follow office scheduling procedure to book, coordinate and reschedule patient’s dental appointments. May be responsible for charge entry and end-of-day balancing.
Qualifications: Excellent communication and organizational skills. Must pay attention to detail. Experience in money handling, scheduling, and data entry is desired. Minimum high school diploma.
