Procurement Analyst

Procurement Analyst – Global Purchase to Pay Remote is a fully remote HR platform focused on simplifying global employment. The Procurement Analyst role is a key member of the Global Purchase to Pay team, responsible for managing the end‑to‑end procurement process and maintaining vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities Partner with internal stakeholders to onboard, monitor, and, if necessary, terminate vendor relationships. Advise stakeholders on vendor‑management requirements and communicate identified risks. Identify, monitor, escalation, and remediation of procurement issues to ensure proper documentation and communication. Adhere to Remote’s vendor‑management standards, policies, and controls. Negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing while aligning with Remote’s terms. Manage the entire procurement process in Coupa in partnership with business owners and stakeholders. Track and monitor software license renewals to ensure timely renewal of services. Collaborate with Data Privacy, IT, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities. Communicate with vendors to address and resolve day‑to‑day issues, including performance escalations. What you bring Proven experience in indirect procurement (services and SaaS). Strong vendor‑relationship management skills. Experience with Coupa (Intake and/or Orchestration) is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Strong organisational, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills. Strong commercial negotiation and contracting abilities. Strong documentation skills. Capability to work independently and as part of a globally distributed team. Location: Remote (priority given to applicants from EMEA or LATAM).
