Responsibilities: Supervise LPNs: Oversee and guide a team of LPNs in providing direct patient care, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention. Monitor Patient Progress: Regularly assess patient conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team and physicians.
