Sr. Administrator

Job Title

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech. US Citizenship Required. Works with varied information and statistics to develop complex analysis of data. Compiles past and present information, consolidates data into report form, and presents results to supervision. Prepares complex graphs and charts depicting results of analyses, trends, estimates, etc. Performs various statistical, budgetary, material, client or time studies, etc. Utilizes past and present information to substantiate analysis, and recommends future courses of action to supervision. Develops and maintains departmental operating instructions for efficient flow of information within a department or function. Recommends to supervision areas requiring improvement. Analyzes, revises or designs forms for the control and distribution of internal information, such as labor distribution, client reports, budgets, etc. Contacts management, peers etc. to obtain, furnish, or exchange information. Prepares presentation materials and other written documentation in support of department projects and objectives. Performs other related administrative duties in support of department personnel (i.e., travel arrangements, expense reporting, ordering supplies, etc.) Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requires an Associates Degree in Business Administration or equivalent and two (2) years of related experience; or a High School education or equivalent and specialized courses plus a minimum of six (6) years related experience. Proficient in MS Office Tools including database manipulation, Intermediate to Advanced experience in Excel, Access and Word. Experience as an Administrative Assistant in a dynamic office environment. Associate Degree or equivalent experience - Experience as an Administrative Assistant in a dynamic office environment.
