OR Tech III

Role Overview The OR Tech III collaborates with perioperative nurses to organize and deliver age-appropriate patient care in the operating room, ensuring safe outcomes and proper physiologic responses during surgery. Key Responsibilities Assist in surgical procedures across various service lines including robotics, vascular, neurovascular, thoracic, neuro/spine, orthopedics, plastic, and trauma cases. Maintain a sterile environment and ensure patient safety throughout perioperative activities. Coordinate with team members to support efficient surgical workflows and patient care. Qualifications & Skills High School diploma or equivalent and completion of a Surgical Technician training program. 2-3 years of relevant experience in surgical tech roles. Proficiency in scrubbing for diverse surgical procedures, including complex cases. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and multitask. Certifications & Licenses Certified Surgical Technician (NBSTSA) required. Current BLS Healthcare Provider Certification from the American Heart Association. Additional Details Work on the night shift in a full-time capacity.
