State Contract Position - 680 Hours

Pay: $12.33 per Hour

Are you organized, professional, and customer-focused? We're seeking a dependable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for a busy office environment. If you enjoy helping others, managing multiple tasks, and keeping operations running smoothly, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Answer and direct inbound multi-line phone calls

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Use computer systems to access, enter, and update information
Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns
Maintain accurate records and office documentation
Provide general administrative support as needed
Stay informed about services, programs, and office offerings

What We're Looking For

Previous office or receptionist experience is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong computer and data entry skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism
