Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician (2nd & 3rd Shift)Join a growing automotive manufacturing facility and help keep advanced production equipment running efficiently. We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated equipment including robots, conveyors, presses, and robotic welding systems.Responsibilities:Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on automated manufacturing equipmentTroubleshoot PLCs (ControlLogix 5, 500, and 5000), robotics, electrical systems, and production equipmentRepair and maintain Fanuc, Lincoln, and Motoman robotic welding systemsRead and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematicsComplete preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdownsSupport stamping, welding, and hydroforming operations while working closely with production and engineering teamsQualifications:High school diploma or GED3+ years of industrial maintenance experienceExperience with PLC troubleshooting, robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated equipmentAbility to read electrical and hydraulic schematicsFanuc robot experience preferredMust have basic hand toolsWillingness to train on day shift for up to 2 months before moving to 2nd or 3rd shiftShift Availability:2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AMWhy Join Us?Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term stabilityMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and PTO growth based on tenureCareer advancement opportunities in a high-volume automotive manufacturing environmentWork in a fast-paced facility with cutting-edge automation and opportunities to expand your technical skills.Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hopkinsville, KY.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $31.55 - $38.20/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
