Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience working in school settings with K-8 students preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP process and case management
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and school staff
• Dedication to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students in grades K-8
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student goals
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and professional standards
