Key Qualifications:

• Hold a valid FL Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Clinical experience in a school setting preferred (pediatrics, middle school, SLP-CCC or CFY considered)
• Strong knowledge of effective evaluation, intervention, and progress monitoring strategies
• Familiarity with IEP development and documentation
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver speech-language services for middle school students, tailored to individual needs
• Develop and implement student-centered therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress updates to families and colleagues
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in compliance with state and district policies
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster student success in inclusive educational environments
