Construction Attorney

Job Details We are seeking a dynamic, mid-level Attorney to join our high-performing legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and construction law. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of cases, from complex construction disputes to general litigation matters, and to be part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 per year. Responsibilities Provide expert legal support and advice to clients in the construction industry. Handle all phases of litigation, including case analysis, preparation of pleadings, discovery, and court appearances. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents. Conduct thorough and detailed legal research to support arguments and positions. Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Collaborate with the legal team to develop strategies for complex cases. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to construction law and general litigation. Provide training and guidance to junior attorneys and legal staff. Qualifications Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, focusing on litigation and construction law. Current membership in good standing with the State Bar. Proven track record of managing multiple cases and delivering results under pressure. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to interpret and draft legal documents. Strong research and report‑writing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization. High ethical standards and professionalism in dealing with clients, colleagues, and the court. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
