Junior Business Analyst

Junior Business Analyst Onsite (Columbus, OH) Contract-to-Hire Brooksource's public sector client is seeking early-career Business Analysts to support technology initiatives that improve business processes and modernize applications across state agencies. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and translating business needs into technology solutions. You'll work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders while developing valuable experience in requirements gathering, process improvement, and project delivery.
