Access to technician support resources when needed.Key Responsibilities:Perform interior, exterior, and cabinet painting for residential and commercial properties. Meet project timelines while maintaining high quality standards. Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every job. Complete required job site documentation accurately and timely. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of professional painting experience required. Ability to consistently arrive on time and adhere to schedules. Strong communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and insurable status. Ability to perform physically demanding work with energy and endurance.Preferred Qualifications:Experience leading job sites, crews, or small teams. Ability to coach, train, and support less experienced painters.
