Product Analyst

Our client, the U.S.’s largest commercial real estate services firm, has an exciting opportunity for a Product Analyst to support the Advisory Data & Research team in Richardson, TX . This contract-to-hire role is ideal for a strategic product professional who enjoys leading agile teams, partnering with business and technology stakeholders, and driving the development of data-driven products that create measurable business impact. Schedule is hybrid , Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Own and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on business goals, user feedback, and stakeholder input
• Lead agile scrum teams by creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria, managing backlogs, and participating in sprint ceremonies
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, researchers, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable development plans
• Create and assign tasks for development teams while ensuring priorities remain aligned with product goals
• Partner with UX and business teams to gather user feedback, conduct product discovery activities, and improve user experiences
• Provide regular updates to leadership, stakeholders, and executive teams regarding product progress, priorities, and outcomes
• Identify project risks, resolve roadblocks, and communicate issues proactively to ensure successful product delivery
• Drive end-to-end product implementations from initial concept through launch and performance measurement
• Work with commercial real estate data and analytics products to support business decision-making and operational effectiveness
• Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve product development, efficiency, and innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, scrum teams, researchers, and executive leadership to support strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Experience leading agile/scrum teams and managing product development lifecycles
• Experience working with commercial real estate data
• Strong ability to prioritize competing initiatives and make strategic product decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership
• Comfortable using AI tools and technologies in a business environment
• Proven ability to provide specific examples demonstrating measurable business impact from previous work
• Experience collaborating with engineers, product managers, business stakeholders, and executive leaders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and quickly contribute with minimal ramp-up time

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
• Experience with modern product management platforms and tools
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience working within data, technology, or commercial real estate environments
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining focus on business outcomes
