Physician - Neonatology Profession: Physician Specialty: Neonatology Duration: Permanent Shift: Rotating Hours per Shift: 26 weeks per year - one week on, one week off. Daily rounding with on-call from home every other night. Experience: Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine License: Georgia license (or willing to obtain) Certifications: DEA (must be obtained prior to start) Must-Have: Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) Description:Pediatrix is seeking an additional Neonatologist to join an outstanding group of Neonatologists and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners.The practice consists of a 66-bed, state-of-the-art Level-III NICU.Services provided include high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, and brain cooling.Readily available subspecialty support is offered.Exceptional coverage by experienced Nurse Practitioners is available.Clinical appointment to a local medical school is a component of the role.The facility is a designated Level-I trauma center and one of six designated perinatal/neonatal regional centers in the region.A new 50,000 square foot neonatal intensive care unit opened in early 2019.This opportunity does not accept locum candidates or visa candidates.Compensation and benefits include a competitive salary range based on experience and training, relocation assistance, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, short- and long-term disability options, employee stock purchase program, 401k with company match, long-term care options, and various pre-tax accounts.Note that all submissions must meet specified criteria and clearances are conducted on a facility-by-facility basis. #J-18808-Ljbffr
