Position Overview

We are a high-performing multifamily commercial real estate brokerage team seeking a sharp, driven Sales Operations Coordinator to serve as our operational engine, direct back-office administration, and drive business execution. Unlike traditional corporate sales operations desks focused solely on software dashboards, this position sits at the center of commercial deal-making. You will directly manage three core operational pillars: managing complex commercial transactions from contract to close, executing business growth initiatives alongside lead brokers to expand team production and market share, and leading back-office administrative and creative personnel.

Core Responsibilities

Transaction & Pipeline Execution

• Serve as the primary operational engine running transactions alongside senior brokers—managing escrow milestones, due diligence packages, title/lender coordination, and closing checklists.
• Oversee the production and delivery timelines for Offering Memorandums (OMs), property pitch materials, and client deliverables.
• Act as the central point of contact for buyers, sellers, lenders, and third-party vendors to keep deals moving without delay.

Business Strategy & Growth Execution

• Partner with team leadership to translate annual business goals into actionable quarterly growth campaigns and track execution.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, streamline deal flow workflows, and implement sales enablement tools that expand total deal capacity.
• Track key metrics across deal velocity, marketing performance, and team pipeline to inform business decisions.

Back-Office Administrative Leadership

• Direct, manage, and hold accountable back-office support personnel, including graphic design, marketing, and administrative staff.
• Own and enforce strict data standards across our CRM and database architecture, ensuring property histories, client records, and pipeline analytics are 100% accurate.
• Establish, audit, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines to keep administrative drag off front-line producers.

Qualifications & Candidate Profile

• 3 to 6+ years in B2B sales operations, commercial sales enablement, transaction coordination, or high-volume sales team management.
• Proven track record in B2B pipeline support, pitch package creation, and sales process management.
• Confident management style—able to lead administrative/creative support staff while holding high-producing brokers accountable to standard operating procedures.
• Commercially minded and motivated by team growth, pipeline velocity, and direct revenue upside. You naturally think like an owner, not an employee waiting for a task list.
• Exceptional organizational skills with an uncompromising standard for data integrity and file compliance.
• Able to work full-time on-site out of our Indianapolis, IN office.

Compensation & Performance Upside

Base Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 (commensurate with experience)

• Team Production Override: Direct commission percentage on total team production, providing immediate financial upside as team volume grows.
• Growth Performance Bonus: Annual bonus tied directly to driving team revenue above historical baseline targets.
• Target Year 1 Total Comp: $110,000 – $145,000+
