Marketing Concierge – $25 per hour
Full-Time | Temporary-to-Permanent
We are hiring 10 outgoing and customer-focused Marketing Concierges to support resorts throughout Oahu. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with the potential to transition into a permanent Marketing Executive role.
Pay & Schedule:
- $25.00 per hour during temporary assignment
- AM Shift: 6:45 AM – 2:30 PM
- PM Shift: 1:15 PM – 9:00 PM
- Must be available weekends and holidays
- Next training class: September 7
- Validated Parking
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly concierge and guest assistance
- Recommend local restaurants, attractions, and activities
- Assist with booking activities and guest services
- Engage with guests in a professional and outgoing manner
- Promote vacation ownership presentations and approved offers
During the first approximately 60 days, employees will focus primarily on concierge and guest assistance duties. Successful candidates may then transition into a permanent Marketing Executive role focused on inviting eligible guests to vacation ownership presentations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in English
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of Oahu attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with guests
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays
- Interested in a full-time, long-term opportunity
- Sales, marketing, hospitality, or commission-based experience is a plus
- Japanese/English bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
Upon conversion to a permanent Marketing Executive position, employees will transition to applicable hourly plus commission compensation structure.
