Senior Litigation Paralegal

Key Responsibilities * Pre-Trial Preparation: Conduct legal research and case assessments; draft and file pleadings, motions, and appellate documents; organize case files, exhibits, and evidence; assist with discovery requests; coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts. * Trial Support: Prepare trial binders and exhibits for courtroom presentation; assist during voir dire and jury selection; manage trial logistics and coordinate with court personnel; handle exhibits and manage transcripts. Qualifications * 10+ years of experience as a paralegal with a background in complex plaintiff litigation. * Skilled in conducting legal research and adept at using legal databases. * Highly organized with sharp attention to detail. * Strong communicator, both in writing and verbally, with proven ability to work effectively with attorneys, clients, and court personnel. * Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, legal research platforms, and various Trial Software. * Associate or bachelor's degree, preferably in paralegal studies or a closely related discipline.
