We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment coordination, onboarding, documentation, and employee support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Handle attendance, leave, and employee-related queries.
• Coordinate with managers and department heads regarding HR requirements.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, MIS, and employee-related documentation.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Handle employee grievances and escalate issues when required.
• Ensure HR policies and company procedures are followed.
• Coordinate exit formalities, resignation documentation, and employee clearance.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
• Assist the HR Manager with various HR initiatives and administrative activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field .
• MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
• 1–4 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist activities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
