This role is a 1099 contract opportunity. Patient's needs include 10 hours/week.Shift: Patient's needs include 10 hours per week - flexible schedule, perfect for those looking for supplemental hours or PRN opportunities!Offers contingent upon successful completion of background screening.ResponsibilitiesProvides direct patient care within the patient's home, under the direction of the RN, and according to the Aide Plan of CareAppropriately reports changes in the patient's condition to the RN/the care team and documents pertinent informationPractices in accordance with accepted infection control principles.
