Job Opportunity: Full-Time Collection Specialist Location: RNR Tire Express • Salary: $16.00 - $20.68 • Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview As a Collection Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining customer relationships, managing account renewals, and ensuring prompt payments. Your daily activities will primarily involve phone communication, customer service, and some fieldwork. The position requires excellent multitasking abilities and a passion for resolving customer issues. Key Responsibilities Engage customers via phone and computer to maintain relationships and renew agreements. Actively listen to customer concerns and resolve issues to promote renewal and timely payments. Schedule voluntary turn-ins of merchandise and handle any challenges with tact and professionalism. Conduct fieldwork when necessary, including product pickups and door hanging. Meet weekly goals while maintaining a fast-paced and people-oriented workflow.
