O.R. Staff Nurse – Surgery
Schedule: Days, 10 hours, 40 hours per week
Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 40 Contract Weeks: 13
Requirements
- Current RN licensure
- Experience in surgical nursing preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Familiarity with surgical procedures and protocols
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
- Supervise and coordinate care planning with other healthcare disciplines.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions throughout the surgical process.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safety and quality care.
- Assist in maintaining a sterile environment in the operating room.
- Document patient care and interventions accurately.
Compliance / Notes: Details regarding orientation, background checks, and other compliance measures will be provided during the hiring process.
