Sr Human Resources Coordinator

Annapolis, MD (This is an in-office role M-F) $55,000-75,000 + Bonus Support the operations of an HR department for a private equity commercial real estate firm. This role handles onboarding, records, compliance, and recruitment coordination, with exposure to payroll and benefits. Responsibilities Run pre-employment process including reference checks and background screenings Onboard new hires, manage paperwork and orientation presentations Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain electronic and hard copy employee records Update HR databases with new hires, separations, and demographic changes Process status, salary, address, and benefit changes in HRIS within deadlines Handle employment verifications and employee requests Support special projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2+ years' in an HR environment, preferably within real estate, legal, professional, or financial services industry #J-18808-Ljbffr Bell & Associates, Inc.
