Responsible for welcoming guests in and out of the hotel, providing each guest a warm hospitality, assisting with luggage, and providing exceptional service throughout their stay.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest service and ensure that our guests feel at home. Candidates for this position must be willing to work overnights mostly and occasionally morning and evening shifts.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Greeting the guests in a professional, warm and friendly manner upon arrival
- Assisting guests with their luggage for guest arrival and departure
- Escorting guests to and from their rooms
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hotel entrance, lobby, and bell storage areas.
- Assist guests with taxis and directions when needed
- Handle guest belongings with care and maintain the highest level of professionalism
