Conflicts Analyst

Supporting the firm's risk management and new business functions, the remote Conflicts Analyst will conduct conflict of interest checks, analyze new matter requests, and assist in resolving conflicts issues while working full-time. Key responsibilities Conduct corporate research to confirm accuracy of party names and identify corporate family affiliates Enter and update data in the conflicts database, generating reports for attorney analysis Review conflict of interest reports and engagement letters to ensure compliance with firm policies Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience A minimum of two years of conflicts law firm experience or practice support/legal assistant experience High level of knowledge related to technical systems associated with law firm new business intake, with preference for InTapp knowledge Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Word and Excel Demonstrated ability to master new technology applications and follow data entry conventions accurately
