Accounting & Finance Recruiter – Remote

We are a fast-growing staffing company looking to add experienced Accounting & Finance Recruiters to our team. We are open to both full-desk recruiters who enjoy developing business and recruiting talent, as well as split-desk recruiters who want to focus primarily on recruiting and candidate development.

This is a remote position with a strong preference for candidates located in the Midwest. We are looking for hungry, motivated recruiters who want to grow their desk, build long-term relationships, and be rewarded for their results.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit accounting and finance professionals for direct hire and contract opportunities

• Source, screen, and develop relationships with qualified candidates

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of accounting and finance talent

• Manage candidates throughout the interview, offer, and placement process

• Partner with the sales team on client needs and open positions

• For full-desk recruiters, develop new client relationships and generate job orders

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of staffing/recruiting experience

• Accounting and Finance recruiting experience required

• Experience working a full desk or split-desk recruiting model

• Proven ability to generate placements and build strong candidate relationships

• Hungry, motivated, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills

• Midwest-based candidates strongly preferred

Compensation:

Competitive base salary plus a strong commission plan with significant earning potential.
