The Cortney Gregory Agency of American Family Insurance is looking for a positive, motivated individual to join their championship team as a full time Sales Specialist in Brigham City, UT.

Responsibilities

Primary Job Functions Activities :

Service Related:

oRate Changes

oClaims issues

oAssist with income phone calls

oHelp with billing issues and policy transactions

oConduct Personal Insurance Reviews

oOther items to deliver outstanding customer experience

Sales Related: The Primary role of the Family Risk Advisor is to maintain our current customers. Here are a few of those activities:

oCross-sell while assisting current customers:

oFollow up with customers after sales to complete the sales process

oMaintain product knowledge for all lines of business and products written

Create brokerage quotes applications

Requirements

Required Skills :

Required Education Experience

·High School Diploma

·Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required

·A successful candidate must obtain property casualty insurance licenses within agreed time of hiring offer (30 Days) life license (90 days from original hire date)

·A candidate does not officially start until they are licensed.
